Return Policy

The return conditions for Products purchased on the Website are as follows:

Unique Pieces and Limited Editions

For unique pieces and limited editions, no returns will be accepted. These products are exclusive and/or customized, making exchanges or refunds impossible.

Pre-Order Products

Pre-order products are made specifically upon request. Therefore, returns will only be accepted in exchange for store credit.

Other Products

For other pieces, we accept returns under certain conditions:

  • No cash or bank credit refunds will be issued.

  • Product Exchange: We offer an exchange for a Product of equivalent value, subject to availability.

  • Store Credit: If the desired exchange Product has a different value, we will issue a store credit in the form of a code. This credit will be valid for 1 year in our store.

Return Conditions

  • Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with intact tags, and in their original packaging.

  • Return Deadline: Returns must be made within 14 days from the date the Customer receives the Product.

  • Return Procedure: The Customer must contact our customer service via email at contact@lamour-brut.com to obtain a return authorization number.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of an error by the company or a defective Product. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure receipt of returned items.

Exchange Confirmation

Upon receipt and verification of returned Products, we will send the Customer a confirmation email for the exchange or a store credit code, as applicable.
